Configure existing email account in Outlook Express to send
and receive
email through VPOP.
If you have not sent mail through VPOP in the past please
contact
us first so we can enable your account to use us for SMTP
1.
Open Outlook Express.
2. From the tools
menu, choose Accounts.
3. Choose your mail account and click on Properties.

Click on the Servers tab and
enter the Incoming Mail and Outgoing Mail servers as mail.vpop.net.
6. For
Account name, enter your full email address (eg. you@yourdomain.com).

Select the box that says My server
requires authentication.

Click on the Settings button
8.Click on the button
for Use same settings as my incoming
mail server.

Click OK.
10. Click on
the Advanced tab.

Check the box under Outgoing mail
that says This server requires a
secure connection (SSL)
12.
Change the Outgoing mail port
to 465
13.
Click OK.
14.
Click Close.
That should do it. You should now be able to send and receive
mail through VPOP in Outlook Express.
